Proof that compounds

02 / Trusted by teams shipping at scale

Long-term partners move faster because the context, standards and decisions stay with the same senior team.

Your website isn't broken. It's slowing you down.

03 / The friction

Backlogs grow, ownership fragments and small changes become risky when every request starts from zero.

The quote loop

A hero swap becomes an email, a quote, an approval, a kickoff. The campaign is over before the page ships.

Everything people ask before month one.

13 / Straight answers

No sales call needed to get these. Turnaround, what is included, how requests work, and how to pause.

How do the subscription programs work?

Pick the monthly hours that match your pace. Fri3nds keeps a prioritized backlog, assigns the right specialists, and ships continuously through each cycle. Hours renew on your billing date.

How quickly can we start?

Most teams begin within one to two weeks. Kickoff covers goals, access, analytics, design-system rules, and the first backlog, then we agree the working rhythm and the first release.

Is there a contract, and can we pause?

Programs run in rolling 30-day periods that renew automatically; a three-month starting horizon is recommended so the team builds context. You can pause with written notice: we stop work, and the hours left in a paid period are held as a credit period added to the end of your subscription, usable as long as the subscription stays active. Three pauses in a row end the subscription.

What if we use all our hours, or not all of them?

We flag capacity early, so together we can reprioritize the backlog, move work into the next period, or approve extra hours in writing. Hours not used within a period do not carry over, unless you pause, in which case the remaining hours are held as a credit period at the end of your subscription.

How are requests managed?

A shared Slack channel, a visible backlog, and regular planning check-ins, with one Fri3nds owner keeping decisions and status clear. Work goes through staging and QA before production.

Which program is right for us?

Foundation covers maintenance and content at 10 hours a month. Momentum supports a steady roadmap at 40. Acceleration adds design and faster response at 80. Launch Mode brings the full team for launches at 120. Compare on the pricing table above, then tell us your backlog on /contact.

Can we mix subscription hours with a launch?

Yes. Some months need more than the block covers. The same team scales up for a launch, a rebrand, or a migration without a new onboarding.

Do we need a SOW for every change?

No. The point of the subscription is no SOW per change: you point us where you need us and work moves through the backlog. The one exception is Launch Mode, which quotes launch-month capacity separately for major releases.

What tools does Fri3nds integrate with?

Fri3nds connects with Webflow, Figma, HubSpot, Slack, Stripe, Salesforce, Zapier, Make, Airtable and Google Analytics 4. HubSpot, Stripe, Zapier and Make integrations are included from the Acceleration tier up.

How fast do you respond?

Response means we acknowledge and triage a request, often with follow-up questions; it is not a completion time. Targets are set per tier in your order form and count during business hours, 9am to 6pm New York, excluding US federal holidays. Emergencies go through Slack and email and we make every reasonable effort to respond within 24 hours. Delivery timelines are agreed when a task is prioritised.

Who is actually on the team?

Every tier gets senior Webflow development. Project management joins from Momentum, UX/UI design from Acceleration, and marketing and optimization support from Launch Mode. Executive direction runs throughout.

What happens before something goes live?

Every release goes to staging first, gets responsive QA across key screens, and ships with a rollback path and release notes, so nothing reaches production untested.

Can we move between tiers as our workload changes?

Yes. A tier change is agreed in writing as an amendment to your subscription. If a request outgrows your plan, we will propose an upgrade, authorised extra hours, or a separate work order, and we start the expanded work once the terms are agreed.

What happens if we need more hours than the plan covers?

We tell you before a request would exceed the remaining hours and only continue with your written OK. Extra hours are billed at the rate in your order form. Rush work carries a 100 percent premium, and after-hours work a 50 percent premium with a week's notice.

What counts as hours?

Everything it takes to ship your requests: project management, Webflow engineering, QA, meetings and calls, Slack and email, documentation and coordination. You get task estimates up front and a weekly hours summary, and you have seven days to flag any line you disagree with.

How does cancelling work?

Either side can cancel with 30 days' written notice before the next renewal date. Notice given later takes effect at the end of the following 30-day period. On the way out you get up to five hours of transition help, including handing over the Webflow project, workspace and credentials.

Who owns the work?

You do. Once a period is paid, the final deliverables are assigned to you, and anything of ours embedded in them comes with a perpetual licence. We keep our internal tools and working files. Webflow, add-ons and other third-party fees are contracted and paid by you directly.

How many things do you work on at once?

Each plan sets how many tasks are in progress at the same time, and there is no cap on the backlog behind them. Priorities are agreed together at the start of each 30-day period and target deadlines are set weekly, so the queue always reflects what matters most to you.
