Fri3nds provides branding, website design, development, and digital asset services. The scope of each project will be defined and agreed upon before work begins.

All projects are based on an agreed scope that includes deliverables, timelines, and pricing.

Any additional requests or changes outside the original scope may require revised timelines and additional costs. We will always communicate and confirm changes before proceeding.

A deposit is required before starting any project. The remaining balance is typically split into milestones or due upon completion, depending on the project structure.

Payments must be made within the agreed timeframe. Delayed payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery.

Projects include a limited number of revision rounds, as outlined in the proposal.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.

We aim to deliver all work within agreed timelines. However, project timelines depend on timely feedback, approvals, and content provided by the client.

Delays in communication or missing inputs may impact delivery schedules.

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client.

Fri3nds retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.

If a project is canceled after work has started, payments made are non-refundable.

Any work completed up to that point will be delivered where applicable.

Projects may involve third-party tools, platforms, or services (such as hosting, CMS, or integrations).

Fri3nds is not responsible for issues, limitations, or changes related to these third-party services.

Fri3nds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
