/ Case study
BrandCrumbs hired us for one quick page. It came back for a full Webflow redesign and became a partner that sends us clients.

Fri3nds project record, 2022 to 2026
BrandCrumbs is an Orlando video and podcast studio run by Vic Martinez, its creative director. Vic found us while searching for someone who could get his website where he needed it. His first ask was small and urgent. BrandCrumbs needed a new page on its Webflow site, quickly, from a wireframe Vic had already sketched. We said a week was doable and got to work. Two weeks later Vic was back with a bigger question, a rate for making the rest of the site work properly on phones, and a note we still like to reread.
"Hello Fri3nds - coming to you for this quick page has me wanting to just come to you for all our internal web needs."
— Vic Martinez, Creative Director, BrandCrumbs
By the time Vic asked us for a full redesign, BrandCrumbs was a different studio. The first site sold turnkey content creation for business owners. Now BrandCrumbs ran a podcast studio and a recurring video program it calls the Content Factory, and its brand had moved on too. The team had added purple to everything it made, and the website was the one place it was missing. Vic wanted a site that felt modern and premium, with motion that matched the energy of the videos it showcased.
"So we added purple to our branding, like our videos, our proposals, our background, wallpapers, business cards."
— Vic Martinez, Creative Director, BrandCrumbs
We started with a brand workshop. Serggio, our designer, asked Vic for the three words the site had to live up to, and Vic picked experts, modern and premium, with premium on top. Vic brought the sites he loved and the ones he did not, and walked us through the details that mattered to him. From there we reviewed the site page by page on calls, then in high-fidelity Figma mockups that drew a long trail of comments. Vic asked for videos that spread apart like cards as you scroll, and the build in Webflow made room for them, with reels supplied by BrandCrumbs' own team. Vic reviewed the pages on staging before they went live.

By the time the redesign started, the relationship had already changed shape. BrandCrumbs had become a Fri3nds referral partner: when one of Vic's video clients needed a website, Vic brought us in, and we split the work, Fri3nds on the web and BrandCrumbs on video. That is how we met PDG Law, whose brand and Webflow site we went on to build, and Hamlin & Burton. A Florida marine construction company that came through Vic got its dock and seawall site from us too. Vic sat in on the first calls and vouched for the team.

The new BrandCrumbs site went live with the podcast studio front and centre, the Content Factory on its own page and a blog for the studio's guides and case stories. We still look after it. When Vic needs a few small changes, he sends them over and we make them. Introducing us to another founder, Vic put the whole story in a few lines.
"Marce and I met when I scoured the internets for someone that could bring my website to where I needed. He was patient with me and my “demands”. He made sure I was happy with the product, was setup for later, and even challenged my requests for the best."
