Who Coverly is and why it needed a Duda to Webflow migration

Coverly Home Protection offers home protection plans, and it reaches homeowners through credit unions and partners as well as directly. That means one website has to speak to three very different readers at once. Coverly is part of the same group as VectorSolv, and Matt Curry was on the project with us, alongside Isabella Alfaro and Amy Saulnier at Coverly. The site was on Duda. Coverly wanted a site that could speak to every audience, that its own people could update and that it could measure. So the ask was a Duda to Webflow migration, with design led by RNR (Gabe Rimmerman).

How we built Coverly's new site in Webflow

We started the way we always do, by aligning on goals before anyone touched a page. RNR (Gabe Rimmerman) brought the creative direction and design, and we turned it into a Webflow build. Instead of one consumer homepage, the new site gives each audience its own path: a page for homeowners, a page for credit unions, a page for partners, and a Request a Demo flow for the business side. For a company asking credit unions to put their name next to its plans, the site had to feel as clear and trustworthy as the product. We also set up GA4 analytics for Coverly.

  • 11 pages built in Webflow
  • 3 dedicated audience paths, plus a Request a Demo flow for credit unions and partners

How we launched with a clean cutover

A migration is only as good as its last day, so we planned that day carefully. We transferred the finished site into Coverly's own Webflow account four days before launch, so the site already belonged to Coverly when it went live. On launch day the Webflow site went live and we removed the records still pointing at the old Duda site in the same move. No half-migrated state, no two sites answering at once.

  • 4 days before launch, the site was already in Coverly's own Webflow account

What changed for Coverly's team

Launching is half the job. About two weeks after launch we handed over a Looker Studio dashboard and a Website Maintenance Guide, so the numbers and the know-how both lived with Coverly. When the team hit real questions, like contact-form notifications and publishing CMS content, we stayed close and helped. Today a credit union evaluating Coverly finds a page written for them, a homeowner finds plans and answers, and Coverly's marketing sits in Coverly's hands.

"Fede YAY!!! Excellent!! Thank you for getting this live so quickly … Really like how they don't feel so corporate."

Some months need more than the block of hours covers. The same team scales up for a launch, a rebrand or a migration, without a new onboarding.
