Who HiGlobe is and how we met

HiGlobe helps people get paid from the US and EU and bring that money home. Its promise is simple: "Money transfer from the USA & EU. Lowest cost guaranteed." Its customers live in many countries and speak many languages, so the website has to work hard for a lean team. We met HiGlobe in 2023 through a referral from The Futur Pro Group community. The team had already started its site in Webflow and was looking for a partner to finish it. The first message told us exactly what kind of partner they needed, and the most important word came at the end.

"We've already created the bare bones for the site in Webflow, however, we need someone who can take us over the finish line and then help maintain."
Erica Thomas, then Marketing Director, HiGlobe

The challenge: a small team with more launches than web hands

That first project was deliberately small. The scope went from five pages to two so it could ship on a rush, with a six-month maintenance term attached. HiGlobe wasn't shopping for a one-off launch. It needed a Webflow development team that would still be there after launch day. That need only grew. A fintech opening markets one country at a time has more launches than in-house web hands, and years later Damarley Robinson described the same reality on one of our monthly calls.

"we're a small team, have a small budget being a startup."

How we work as HiGlobe's embedded Webflow team

HiGlobe engaged Fri3nds on a subscription, not as a string of separate projects. Every month we sit down with HiGlobe's marketing and creative team to align on goals and priorities, and the requests land on one shared board and delivery channel. New pages arrive as Figma designs. We build them in Webflow, wire them to the CMS, review them on staging, then release them across every language version. When HiGlobe started running events and paid campaigns in new markets, we built reusable templates, so the next launch starts from a system instead of a blank page. When a Philippines event page landed on the board, it was ready for review the same morning, and Damarley's reaction said it all.

"Thanks so much for the quick turn-around it's greatly appreciated."

What we've shipped for HiGlobe's new markets

The site has grown with the business, one market and one launch at a time. We built homepages and market pages for Argentina, Colombia and India, and regional landing pages for Mexico and Brazil. Paid campaign pages for Mexico and Brazil, event pages for the Philippines, a LATAM Tech Talent Report page with a HubSpot form and a loans pilot page followed. On the product side came credit card pages, a partners page, the HiGlobe Card page and a Bulk Pay page in all three languages. On the live site, the pricing page runs a live FX rates slider fed by HiGlobe's own API, with a draggable version for mobile.

  • 7 regions in the site's market switcher

How we launched HiGlobe's new homepage across every language

One of the biggest releases of the partnership was a new homepage, published across every language version at once. It followed the same flow as everything else: align on priorities in the monthly call, put the work on the board, build and review on staging, then release. A homepage in three languages leaves little room for loose ends. The day it went live, HiGlobe's team signed off in our shared channel, with a short list of image tweaks queued up as the next slice.

"Awesome, looks good so far. Glad it's published. Thank you and congrats y'all."

What keeps HiGlobe coming back

The clearest measure of this relationship is that it kept going. HiGlobe came in for two pages and kept Fri3nds on subscription as its Webflow team, renewing through successive signed terms. For a small marketing team, that meant the website did not have to be the bottleneck. When HiGlobe opened a market, ran an event or launched a product, the page shipped in the right languages, on a site the team knew was maintained. HiGlobe focused on moving money. We kept the site moving with it, even on a weekend, hours before an event in the Philippines, when a link on the event page needed answers fast.

"Just wanted to say thank you Marce and Nico for the responsiveness over the weekend. We appreciate it"
