/ Case study
RADCAT Design was one of our first clients. Since 2021 they design, we build in Webflow.

Fri3nds project record, 2021 to 2026
RADCAT Design is a creative agency led by Andre Guerra and Brendan Loscar. We met them early, in The Futur's Pro Group, a community of creative business owners. Andre and Brendan were among the first people in that group to give a young Webflow team a real project and see what happened. That makes RADCAT one of our very first clients, and they stayed with us through everything that came after, including when we changed our own name. The first sites we built from RADCAT's designs date back to 2021.
RADCAT owns the brand thinking, the design and the client. What it needs from us is a development team that can take a finished design and turn it into a working Webflow site without RADCAT having to manage the build line by line. One of our early projects together shows the split: a portfolio site for a creative production studio, designed by RADCAT and built by us in Webflow. The most recent ask shows the pace. Andre's message was short: were we free to develop a Webflow site, starting next week?

We work the way RADCAT works. Our projects run in shared Slack channels in RADCAT's workspace, design files come to us in Figma, and RADCAT's team reviews our staging builds and leaves comments right on the page. For a while one of our developers sat as an admin in RADCAT's own Webflow workspace, so builds could live where RADCAT's clients needed them. On Trivver, the advertising technology company behind that "next week" message, the twist was hosting: Trivver runs its site from its own code, not from Webflow. So we built in Webflow for speed and review, animated it with GSAP, packaged the 3D in three.js with its own build step, and exported everything as clean code into Trivver's repository.

Trivver's site went live on trivver.com from the code we exported, deployed by Trivver's own team on its own infrastructure, with RADCAT making the design calls along the way. When one background animation distorted in the new layout, we built a near-identical spotlight effect and sent it to RADCAT for approval before it shipped.

"It was built on Webflow and then we exported the code so they could put it in their server. So now we have continue working with their custom environment within GitHub for the next version."
— Andre Guerra, RADCAT Design
The partnership did more than ship sites. RADCAT also introduced us to another agency we went on to work with for years. And the conversation keeps going: Andre still books time with Marcelo to catch up, and our offer stands to jump in on the next build the way we did on Trivver.
