/ Case study
A sales coach's scattered offers became one Webflow site, and two years on we are still building it with him.

Fri3nds project record and live site, 2024 to 2026
Salman Mohiuddin spent seventeen years selling as an individual contributor before he started teaching other sellers how to do it. Salman Sales Academy now coaches Account Executives and SDRs one to one, runs workshops for sales teams and hosts a community and a live event, Sales Sprint. When Salman and his collaborator Eddy Bahnam first sat down with us, those offers lived on separate pages, with a community landing page on one domain and coaching bookings on another. The ask was one branded Webflow site that led with visuals instead of walls of text, gave each way of working with Salman its own page and turned visitors into booked calls.
Salman came in with a template he liked and a copywriter working on his words. What he did not have was a sitemap, and he told us plainly that building one was not his specialty. So we took it on. We sat down with Salman and Eddy and walked the site section by section, deciding what to keep, what to cut and where each offer should live. We also agreed the template would not ship as it came: the three pillar pages and the imagery had to feel like Salman, not like anyone else who bought the same theme.
We built the site in Webflow on top of Salman's template and reshaped it around his business. The homepage opens on the line his buyers feel, "Never again fear a forecast call," and then lays out the ways to work with him. Private coaching and team workshops each got their own page, with who it is for, what is inside and how to book. His origin story moved to an About page, and the blog and events went into the CMS so Salman's team could add new posts and new dates without calling us.

The site went live on salmansales.com, and Salman signed on for a small monthly plan for changes. The first big request came with his next event. Salman wanted a page for Sales Sprint '25, a two-day live event in Toronto, and we built it on the same Webflow framework so it looked and worked like the rest of the site. When we caught up after the event, Salman opened the call with how it went.

"It was a huge success. Thank you so much for helping with, you know, the web page and all that, but yeah, was great."

Earlier that month, Salman had come back on a monthly Fri3nds subscription, and the work turned to the details that help a coaching business sell. His proof was the problem. Results from real sellers were already on the site, but a visitor had to dig to find them. We built a Testimonials page with video stories and every written quote in one place, and put it in the main menu. Two years after launch, the site Salman's buyers land on is still the one we built together, and it keeps growing with his business.

"Right now, it's so hard to get to the testimonials. They have to go here. They have to go here. And then they have to go here."
