/ Case study
VectorSolv's sales lead said visitors had "no idea what we do". We shipped a landing page first, then a full Webflow site with a page for each of its five industries.

Fri3nds project record, 2026
VectorSolv builds warranty management software for the companies that run extended warranty programs: the administrators behind the protection plan you buy with a laptop, a fridge, a pair of glasses or a car. Its founder spent decades in the industry, and the platform was ready to take on legacy systems. The website was not. Matt Curry, VectorSolv's Chief Commercial Officer, already knew us from the Coverly Home Protection site, part of the same group. On our first call about VectorSolv's website, he put the problem in one line.
"If you haven't already, spend 20 minutes on VectorSolv.com and you will have no idea what we do."
— Matt Curry, Chief Commercial Officer, VectorSolv
VectorSolv did not want a new name. It wanted the market to understand it, and it was heading into a growth stretch with new products and a push into automotive. The leadership team also wanted something better than the old site in front of prospects right away, without waiting months for the full build. So we split the work: a brand refresh and a landing page first, then the full site, both on Webflow.
"We're not trying to rebrand it. … the messaging around how we in our content and how we talk about it needs to change and be more clear and direct and simplified."
— Matt Curry, Chief Commercial Officer, VectorSolv
We started with branding sessions with Matt and VectorSolv's CEO, Aleem Lakhani. Felice Della Gatta, the creative director on the project, brought visual directions, and Matt chose the dark, bold one. Then we sat down with Matt to map the sitemap page by page. Matt wanted visitors to tell the site who they are and land in their own world, so the site gives each industry its own page: automotive, home, marine, powersports and consumer products. A Content Hub holds VectorSolv's case studies and articles in the CMS, so the team can keep publishing, and every page leads to a demo booking.

"Looking great, thanks y'all!"
— Matt Curry, Chief Commercial Officer, VectorSolv
The landing page went first. We handled the launch details with VectorSolv's team: domain and DNS, Webflow hosting, analytics access for the executives, a demo booking link and a "Let us call you" contact page. Along the way we audited the hosting account and flagged a plan VectorSolv was paying for and not using, which Lex Raleigh, VectorSolv's President and CTO, cancelled. The day the landing page went live, Matt was already looking at the next step.
"Woohoo! Great work ya'll. Excited to keep the ball rolling toward the full site launch in October."
— Matt Curry, Chief Commercial Officer, VectorSolv
About three months after the landing page, the full site went live. VectorSolv's team reviewed every page on staging and left comments right on the page, we worked with Lex to move the domain to Webflow's current records, and we redirected the old URLs so nothing broke. Then we handed over the keys: an analytics dashboard with a walkthrough video, a Site Maintenance Guide, an updated pitch deck, slide templates and social post designs in the new brand. VectorSolv now runs the site itself, and a prospect lands on a page written for their own industry, with a demo booking one click away.

"Pages look good. Let's schedule the launch! Early next week is great."
— Matt Curry, Chief Commercial Officer, VectorSolv

Some months need more than the block of hours covers. The same team scales up for a launch, a rebrand or a migration, without a new onboarding.
