VentureWell

RNR gave Dr. Vimal Ramjee's health advisory firm a calm, clinical brand. We built it in Webflow, with his research on the CMS.

Who VentureWell is and why it needed a new brand and website

VentureWell is the digital health and wellness firm of Dr. Vimal Ramjee, a board-certified cardiologist who helps healthcare-oriented companies grow. He works with them as a chief medical officer, as a clinical innovation specialist next to their product and engineering teams, and as an advisor on strategy. Dr. Ramjee came to us through RNR, the creative studio we share client work with. RNR took on the brand and the marketing design. We took the Webflow build.

The challenge: a cardiologist's authority, in a softer voice

A firm that sells medical expertise to companies has to earn trust on the first scroll. It also has to sound like a person, not a hospital. As Marcelo and Gabe from RNR later described it, the goal was a brand that showed the innovation and professionalism of a top medical expert in a more compassionate way. RNR answered with a quiet, editorial look: italic serif headlines, soft grey anatomical renders, a lot of white space and copy in Dr. Ramjee's own first-person voice. Our job was to carry that restraint from design files into a working website without losing that calm.

How we built VentureWell's website in Webflow

We built the home page as one long story. It opens on one button to schedule a call, then review badges from Google, Health Grades and Vitals, a section on why Dr. Ramjee does this work, a three-step process and the three services as panels that open on click. Publications and testimonials run on Webflow CMS collections, so a new paper or a new endorsement goes in without touching the layout. About, FAQ and contact pages round out the site, and every section reflows for phones.

How VentureWell launched

The site went live on VentureWell's own domain, and we kept a showcase copy in our Webflow workspace. The publications library put Dr. Ramjee's research next to his services, from lipid targets in cardiovascular prevention to a case report on a rare pulmonary artery sarcoma, which says more about his expertise than any headline could. The site stayed in service on that domain into mid-2024, with its copy refreshed along the way.

What VentureWell shows about our work with RNR

VentureWell is a clean example of how RNR and Fri3nds split a project. RNR owns the brand and the design decisions. We own the Webflow build, the CMS structure and the details that make a design hold up on every screen. RNR lists VentureWell in its own portfolio for the marketing design, and it is one of the projects we show when someone asks what going from design to Webflow looks like when it is done with care.
