Who LPA is and why it needed a three-week Webflow build

Leonora Polonsky & Associates is a brand strategy consultancy led by founder Leonora Polonsky. The firm already had a new website design and brand from SNAP, its longtime design partner, and it had been approved. What LPA needed was a team to build it and get it live fast, with clear project management along the way. We aligned on priorities at kickoff, then built in Webflow page by page on staging: Home first, then Philosophy, How We Work, A-Players, Services, Our Work, Industries and Contact, each one shared for review as soon as it was ready. Leonora described the way we worked together a couple of weeks after launch.

"I think it was a phenomenal working experience where everything was very clear on how we were going to work together. I think everyone played by the rules. I think it moved very quickly. ... Very efficiently, very good communication."

How we ran the WordPress to Webflow migration and launch

A new site is only half the job when the old one lives on WordPress. For the WordPress to Webflow migration, we mapped 301 redirects for pages, case studies, blog posts and team members, so no old link would lead to a dead end. We added meta titles, descriptions and social sharing images across the site, set up GA4 and Microsoft Clarity, and connected Constant Contact with separate Newsletter and Contact lists. After a final QA round, the site went live about three weeks after kickoff. Then we stayed on through a support subscription: an Articles CMS for LPA's thinking, new case studies, recorded Webflow tutorials and live training, before handing the site over to LPA's own Webflow workspace.

"I would give you guys like an A++ on that three-week sprint."

Some months need more than the block of hours covers. The same team scales up for a launch, a rebrand or a migration, without a new onboarding.
