Touzet Studio traded a WordPress site nobody wanted to manage for a Webflow site its own team runs

Touzet Studio is a Miami architecture firm led by partners Jackie and Carlos Touzet, known for refined residential, commercial and hospitality work. For a studio like that, the website is the first look a future client gets at the architecture. Their site had been built on WordPress years earlier, and it had become a burden: updates needed technical help, the system felt fragile, and it no longer matched the quality of the work. Past website projects had felt disconnected from who they were. This time they wanted a partner who would listen, guide the decisions and take the technical side off their plate.
"I’ve genuinely enjoyed this process. In the past, our website projects felt disconnected from who we were, but this experience was completely different. The meetings, the collaboration, the attention - it all surprised me in the best way."
Carlos Prio-Touzet, Principal, Co-Founder, Touzet Studio
We started by aligning on how the studio works and what people needed to understand about it. We rebuilt the site structure around their services and credibility, and kept design directions focused so the partners could give clear feedback without becoming design managers. The design lets the photography and the architecture lead. Then we ran the WordPress to Webflow migration with a CMS structure built to last, and about two months before launch we trained the team to update the site themselves. We polished mobile images, headings and the Press & Awards pages before go-live, and kept going after launch with a mobile homepage draft and a honeypot that blocks contact-form spam.
"My mind is buzzing with possibilities. You’ve built a system that reflects who we are and gives us a platform to grow. We’re genuinely excited about what comes next."
Jacqueline Gonzalez Touzet, Principal, Co-Founder, Touzet Studio

More selected work from the last twelve months, across branding, website and graphic design.

Some months need more than the block of hours covers. The same team scales up for a launch, a rebrand or a migration, without a new onboarding.
