/ Case study
8020 needed a Webflow team it could hand a launch to. Seven projects later, it still hands them to us.

Fri3nds project record, 2025 and 2026
8020 is an enterprise Webflow agency for redesigns and migrations, working with teams from AI and fintech to health tech and global enterprises. Its projects arrive in waves: some months, a migration that has to start next Monday lands on top of everything already in flight. For those weeks, 8020 had worked with freelancers, and learned the hard way that a freelancer can simply stop answering. When a large localized migration for Caseware came in, Natalia Garza, who runs operations and resourcing at 8020, wanted something more formal.
"For this Caseware project, which is very important, we said: we need someone much more reliable, someone we can trust, who we know will have the same quality of work as us, and who we can delegate the work to."
— Natalia Garza, Director of Operations & Resource Management, 8020
After an intro call and a look at our Webflow work, 8020's team came back with "everything is looking great". Fifteen days after Matt Varughese, 8020's CEO, introduced us to his team, the contracts were signed.
A partner like this only works if it disappears into the agency. 8020 owns the client, the design and the project plan. So we worked the way 8020 works: in its Slack, its Figma, its ClickUp and its Webflow workspaces, inside its framework, with 8020 facing the client every time.
The first project tested that from day one. Caseware's designs didn't arrive in Figma, the usual handoff, so 8020 had to restructure the plan and the timeline, and the kickoff landed the week before the holidays.
Caseware and Overhaul, side by side. Caseware was a WordPress to Webflow migration of a localized site. 8020 delegated pages to us through a shared tracker, and we built them in its framework, including an animated Solution page, then worked through the client's comments. In January, while Caseware's content was still on its way, 8020 handed us a second project: Overhaul. We built the Solutions index and template and the Product template, and ran both projects with two developers at once.
"One advantage you have is that you respond quickly, which always gives the other side peace of mind, even if it's just a 'we're looking at it'."
— Natalia Garza, Director of Operations & Resource Management, 8020

Supply Chain Research, from design to launch. In April, 8020 brought us its design for Supply Chain Research and we built the site in Webflow: an animated homepage with a typewriter hero, a logo marquee and horizontal scroll, a vendor directory with search and filters, news and research collections with their own filters, and a team section. We migrated the research library, worked through three QA rounds with 8020, and the site went live in June. It now runs at scr.tech.

More pages, more hands. Over the summer, 8020 brought us into FourKites' move to Webflow, where we built pages and templates including the Digital Twins page, the case study template and platform templates. In parallel we supported two sites 8020 had designed and built itself, Fundwell and Aimpoint Digital, and in September we started component work for VAST Data.
Caseware went live seven weeks after kickoff, across the holidays and a rebuilt timeline. On a feedback call the next day, Natalia told us how it went.
"It looks like everything went super well yesterday. A few things to adjust on the client's side, but on our side everything went great, and we were really happy."
— Natalia Garza, Director of Operations & Resource Management, 8020
8020 got what it set out to find: a team it can hand a project to and stop worrying about it.
"We trust you, we know the quality of your work, and we feel confident that if a project comes in that we can't take on, we can delegate it to you and not worry about it anymore."
— Natalia Garza, Director of Operations & Resource Management, 8020
Since that first launch, 8020 has brought us seven projects, and when a company 8020 couldn't take on needed a Webflow migration, Natalia sent them to us.
"They do website migrations, design, and development, and we've collaborated with them in the past. They're great people who do great work."
— Natalia Garza, Director of Operations & Resource Management, 8020

More selected work from the last twelve months, across branding, website and graphic design.

Some months need more than the block of hours covers. The same team scales up for a launch, a rebrand or a migration, without a new onboarding.
